On Saturday, December 05, 2009, after two days of steady rain, the sun came out and the Christmas Parade began. Southeast Volusia Humane Society decorated their van with garland, bulbs, lights, and wrapping paper. The van looked great! Thank goodness it stopped raining and the parade was a big success. Southeast Volusia Humane Society is truly loved by many in our sweet paradise community. We handed out candy, dog bones, and flyers.
