I’m also a Special Needs dog because I tested positive for heartworms and my owner will need to have this treatable disease taken care of. Come to the shelter and see what a great little guy I am.

He needs your help and willingness to adopt a Special Needs dog. Come by and see what a wonderful little dog Freddy is.
