Herman came to us in a difficult time. I was going through a lot health wise, was on large amounts of medicine that made me sick, which is difficult at 16, and he was the best thing. I was searching the Southeast Volusia Humane Society Website and saw his picture and I fell in love with him instantly. We had to go see him and adopted him that day. He is my best friend and not a day goes by when I don’t thank God for him. He was around when I couldn’t/didn’t want to go around my human friends. He is just full of energy and he loves to play. He is great with my family. He has gotten me through the toughest times in my life and I don’t know what I’d do without him. He is my wrestling partner and my support system. He is just so darn adorable and we are thrilled to have him around. He sleeps in my bed and my mothers bed. We didn’t pick him, he was definitely sent to us.
